We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from KS Shoes KPT. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully:

We do not accept returns for any worn or used footwear.

If you receive the wrong size or need a different size, we are happy to offer an exchange within 7 days of delivery.

The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

First delivery for your order is Free.

In case of a size exchange, the customer must cover the cost of returning the item to us.

We will ship the replacement item back to you at our cost.

We do not offer cash refunds. Exchanges or store credit will be provided in eligible cases.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
